Cancellation Policy
Identification: All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, passport, or state ID). Document Readiness: Please ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization before your appointment. We cannot notarize incomplete documents. Refusal of Service: Service will be refused if the signer is unwilling, unable to communicate clearly, appears under the influence, or lacks proper ID. Travel Fees: Mobile notary appointments may include a travel fee based on location. This will be confirmed before booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Apostille Processing: Apostille services require additional time for state processing. Estimated turnaround will be provided at the time of booking. Payments: All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
